Description

Two roller plate rolling machine is a new kind of plate bending machine. It has a top roll (upper roll) and a lower roll (bottom roll). The top roll is a rigid steel roller and the lower one is flexible and rubber-coated. The flexible roller is close to rigid roller to make the deformed work piece become qualified shape. During operation, we should feed the plate between the two rollers and then adjust the distance of the two rollers. Our two roller plate rolling machines are flexible so that their plate surface can not get wear and tear early. The obvious merit for this plate bending machine is without pre-bending and trimming. It can roll into various shapes, such as circular, elliptical, conical and customized shapes.

Operation of Two Roller Plate Rolling Machine

• First, add the hydraulic oil into the fuel tank.
• Second, connect the power, start the pump motor and ensure that the rotation direction is correct.
• Turn on auto manual switch on the control box and remove the steel sleeve in the driven shaft.
• The feeding platform position should be adjusted properly.
• Select the required rolling size mould, rolling die and sleeves on the driven shaft according to the parameters of plate bending machine (rolling machine).
• Finally, turn on the control switch automatically, and then you can start rolling.
• Remove the workpiece after rolling.

Maintenance

• In order to keep two roller plate rolling machine dry, the talcum powder could be sprinkled on the rubber roller.
• The oil on the plate must be rubbed off.
• The regular lubrication work is necessary for the lubrication parts of this plate bending machine.
